Can't Collect on Your Judgment?Did you know that nearly 80% of all judgments are never even collected? Despite the fact that your judgment may have been awarded by the court, enforcement it is still your responsibility. This is where Capital Judgment Recovery can succeed when you don't have anywhere else to turn to. We have the resources, expertise, and determination to enforce the judgment you worked so hard to get. Capital Judgment Recovery is a company dedicated to the enforcement and recovery of judicial judgments. What we do is purchase your outstanding judgment, in its entirety, usually on a "future pay" basis, without application fees or up-front costs of any kind. We then advance all expenses incurred in locating the judgment debtor and enforcing the judgment and make our money only when we collect from your judgment debtor. We do not charge an application fee nor require any upfront fees from you. What happens is that we purchase the judgment from you for a percentage of anything that we are eventually able to recover from the judgment debtor. All expenses and legal costs incurred in the enforcement of your judgment are advanced by us. If you have a valid court-ordered judgment of $1000 or more, we will utilize every method at our disposal to collect for you the full amount of the unpaid judgment plus any interest that the judgment has accrued since it was issued. We have the ability to track down the judgment debtor down even if he or she has moved to another state. Our knowledge and access to private and public records sources allow us to track down the debtor and be able to locate any assets that he or she may have. Once found, we will garnish wages and seize bank accounts and other assets as necessary and allowable by law. In most cases we can even do so without any prior notification or confrontation. We are currently accepting judgments awarded in California. |
